About Us:

We are a leading healthcare provider seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of hospital systems.
  • Monitor and improve the performance of building management systems (BMS).
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repairs.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Ensure all facility operations comply with local and international safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to prevent hazards.
  • Maintain fire safety equipment and conduct routine safety inspections.
  • Ensure medical gas systems are maintained as per hospital standards.

Vendor and Contractor Management:

  • Oversee third-party maintenance contracts and evaluate vendor performance.
  • Ensure timely execution of service agreements and maintenance schedules.
  • Assist in negotiating service contracts for facility-related needs.
