Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead our team to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth in our outlets. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing positive leadership to all people within the Food & Beverage Department.
  • Acting as a positive, contributing member within the hotel's management.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to personal guest service excellence.
  • Ensuring that Guest and Colleague concerns are resolved in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reviewing industry trends and competition for new and innovative product and service opportunities.
  • Effective recruitment, selection, training, and performance management for all positions within the department.
  • Developing job descriptions, job task checklists, training manuals, systems, and procedures for all positions.
  • Developing a strong team through consistently effective leadership, operations, and succession planning.
  • Cross-training leaders and colleagues to exceed guest expectations.
  • Establishing effective goals, measurements, and action plans for the department.
  • Ensuring that standards of quality and procedures are understood and implemented.
  • Supporting the General Manager in ensuring professional development opportunities.
  • Ensuring high standards of professional conduct and ethics.
  • Creating programs to drive revenues in the outlets.
  • Managing social media content on behalf of the outlets.
  • Ensuring the outlets are reviewing upcoming business volumes.
  • Participating in the budget process for your respective F&B outlets.
  • Reviewing and revising outlet and room service menus.
  • Ensuring all corporate programming is in place.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A service-focused personality and previous leadership experience.
  • A proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, including English language proficiency.
  • The ability to lead by example and set the scene for high performance.
  • 3-4 years of F&B Management experience in 5* Hotels.
  • Working knowledge of In Room Dining, Serving & Bartending is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A highly motivated, organized, goal-oriented individual who thrives under pressure.
  • Proven ability to effectively lead, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Communication skills - Thai, English & Effective People Management and Interpersonal Skills.
