Help Desk Support Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide technical support for our clients' computer systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fielding customer calls and responding to email inquiries regarding technical issues with computer systems.
  • Providing basic IP troubleshooting and resolving connectivity problems.
  • Building user accounts and assigning permissions within a Microsoft domain environment.
  • Troubleshooting printer issues and mapping shared printers.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must possess:
  • A valid US DOD Secret Clearance.
  • US Citizenship.
  • A current US Passport.
Must also possess one of the following certifications:
  • A+ CE.
  • CCNA-Security.
  • Network+ CE.
  • CND.
  • SSCP.


Additional Requirements:
  • An Associate's degree in Networking is preferred.
  • Minimum seven (7) years of professional work experience with IT systems.
  • Minimum four (4) years of professional work experience in IT customer support.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in a military environment.
  • In lieu of degree, must possess eleven (11) years of related specialized work experience.
