We are recruiting for an Operations Assistant Manager to join our Digital Channels and Platforms team in Kuwait.

Role Summary:

This role is responsible for all aspects of DCP operational and client support. This involves overseeing client onboarding, transaction processing, trading activities, reporting and client support. The Operations Officer is also expected to support internal distribution channels with SW specific topics. Support clients with their onboarding and investment journey, ensuring an elevated client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and oversee the client onboarding process for DCP platforms: ensure timely client account reviews, coordinate profile completions, and support NBK sales staff with onboarding clients.
  • Oversee all transfer activities pertaining to client funds with DCP/SW and the Broker: validating source of funds, local and international transfers, withdrawal requests and client redemptions, and regular book keeping and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Trade and manage the investment lifecycle of clients' assets for DCP platforms: buy/sell investment securities, coordinate maintenance and execution services with the Broker.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or business-related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in related operations industry.
  • Ability to run and manage operational workflows effectively, with extreme adherence to timeliness.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Excellent maneuvering of data utilizing tools such as Excel.
  • Ability to connect and understand clients' needs and resolve problems.
  • High communication skills at different levels (supervisor, team members and client).
  • Familiar with operational standard / industry practice.
  • Good at numbers and analytic and problem solving skills.

Candidates should have excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. They should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be highly self-motivated. A strong understanding of financial instruments, investment funds and investment activities is essential.
