The Role:
Strategically integrate digital technologies across an organization, enhance business processes, and drive digital excellence. They lead cross-functional teams, advise senior management, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and cybersecurity practices.

Key Accountabilities and Activities:

• Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps to visualize workflows, pain points, and dependencies.

• Root Cause Analysis: Identify underlying issues causing inefficiencies.

• Benchmarking: Compare existing processes with industry best practices.

• Segmentation Strategy: Define target audience segments for personalized digital campaigns.

• Content Strategy: Develop content plans for various digital channels (website, social media, email).

• Channel Selection: Choose the most effective digital channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media) based on business goals.

• Project Management: Use agile methodologies to manage digital projects.

• Collaboration Tools: Implement tools (e.g., Slack, Trello) for seamless team communication.

• Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts and ensure alignment among team members.

• Change Communication: Craft clear and persuasive messages about digital initiatives.

• Training Programs: Develop training modules for employees adopting new digital tools.

• Champion Network: Identify change champions within the organization.

• Analytics Setup: Configure tools like Google Analytics to track website performance.

• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Optimize landing pages and user flows.

• A/B Testing: Conduct experiments to improve digital campaign effectiveness.

• Privacy Policies: Draft and update privacy policies in line with regulations.

• Security Audits: Regularly assess digital assets for vulnerabilities.

• Legal Consultation: Collaborate with legal teams on compliance matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or technology.

• Extensive experience in developing managed service offerings and managing vendor partnerships, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry.

• Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management skills.

• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

• Deep understanding of B2B customer needs.

• 1-2+ years of Experience.

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.

• Numerate with a clear understanding of delivering on financial results.

• Possess a strong performance- and results orientation.

• Able to apply high-level analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

• Strong analytical thinking.
