Job Title: HR Generalist
About the Role:This position involves assisting and providing support in the administration of policies and procedures, employee in-processing, personnel maintenance, personnel reporting, and data distribution. The incumbent will provide information to internal and external customers regarding Human Resource personnel actions with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the in-processing and out-processing of all employees.
- Enter and maintain employees in the company database system.
- Provide daily personnel accountability of both EXPAT and Foreign Nationals.
- Assist in daily Administrative and Personnel action activities to include the processing of updates to employee personal data in HR Database.
- Maintain leave request/leave control log as well as absence log.
- Maintain various spreadsheet trackers such as Requisitions for Vacancies and be able to coordinate positions needed to fill of both EXPAT and Foreign Nationals.
- Facilitate various ad hoc/demographic reporting through the current HR Database and the Projects HR System.
- Accurately process Job Interest Form (JIF), Exception to Policy (ETP) and/or Personnel Transaction Forms (PTF) for new hires, promotions, transfers, intra-transfers, inter-transfers, and terminations.
