Job Responsibilities

The Healthcare Insurance Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of healthcare insurance operations. This involves managing daily workflows, reviewing operational processes, and communicating with various departments to ensure accurate accounting and billing practices.

  1. Workflow Management: The administrator will manage day-to-day activities of the insurance section, ensuring smooth policy issuance and claims processing.
  2. Operational Process Review: Regular reviews of operational processes will be conducted to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with organizational goals.
  3. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as the administrator will work closely with various departments, including finance, to ensure accurate accounting and billing practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, insurance, finance, or related field. Master's degree, CLL, LOMA, and/or HIA are preferred.
  • Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in the insurance industry, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
