As a senior performance manager, you will play a critical role in implementing and designing performance management, compensation, and rewards strategies that drive business results. This position requires a deep understanding of human resources practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients and customers.

Key responsibilities include maintaining an updated knowledge of performance management related subjects, leading and monitoring the performance management cycle, and ensuring objectives, KPIs, and scorecards are properly set and cascaded.

The role also involves managing the administration of calculation and providing quarterly feedback and required reports to major stakeholders, developing communication plans for mid-year review and year-end review, and finalizing rating distributions as per company forced distribution.

You will be part of a dynamic team driving Ooredoo's success and contributing to its vision to be among the top 20 telecommunications companies in the world.
