We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical expert to join our Human Capital team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing total rewards programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Strategy & Benchmarking
  • Benchmark market trends and business goals to develop a compensation strategy that aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct regular market surveys to evaluate the competitiveness of salary offerings.
  • Lead the annual salary review process, ensuring fairness, transparency, and performance alignment.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for salary adjustments, promotions, and merit increases.

Benefits Design & Administration

  • Design, implement, and oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, wellness programs, retirement plans, and travel-related perks.
  • Evaluate and select benefits vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor service delivery and performance.
  • Ensure all benefit offerings are compliant with local labor laws, tax regulations, and social security systems across all operating locations.
  • Manage the administration of benefits and support employees in understanding and accessing them.

Job Evaluation & Grading Structure

  • Implement and manage a formal job evaluation methodology to ensure consistency and equity across roles.
  • Establish and maintain a clear grading structure, linking job levels to compensation bands and career progression pathways.
  • Work with department heads to review job content and ensure accuracy of job descriptions and grading outcomes.
  • Periodically review grading frameworks to reflect evolving organizational needs and market changes.

Employee Recognition & Rewards

  • Design and implement recognition and non-monetary rewards programs to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
  • Support initiatives like performance bonuses, long-service awards, and peer recognition platforms.
  • Monitor effectiveness and propose enhancements to ensure alignment with organizational culture and strategic priorities.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with legal, regulatory, and tax requirements across the organization's operational jurisdictions.
  • Develop and maintain policies for expatriate compensation, international mobility, and relocation packages.
  • Keep abreast of changes in labor law and social security systems across countries of operation and adapt programs accordingly.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Use HR analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on compensation trends, benefits utilization, headcount cost, and total rewards ROI.
  • Support audits and internal reviews by maintaining accurate and complete compensation data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or certification such as CCP, GRP, CBP, or CIPD is a plus).
  • 4–6 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably within the aviation or transportation industry.
  • Hands-on experience with job evaluation systems (e.g., HAY, Mercer).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory frameworks in the Middle East.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
