Job Title: Reward Programs Manager
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Human Capital team as a Reward Programs Manager. The successful candidate will design, implement, and manage total rewards programs to drive business results and enhance employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive compensation strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to inform compensation decisions and ensure competitiveness.
- Design and implement benefits programs that meet the diverse needs of employees.
- Establish and maintain a fair and transparent grading structure.
- Monitor program effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or certification such as CCP, GRP, CBP, or CIPD is a plus).
- 4–6 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably within the aviation or transportation industry.
- Hands-on experience with job evaluation systems (e.g., HAY, Mercer).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory frameworks in the Middle East.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and HRIS systems.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
