As an IT support professional with Akima Infrastructure Services, LLC, you will play a vital role in providing technical assistance to our military and civilian customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring communications software on government computers.
- Configuring network printers and ensuring classified and unclassified computer system stability.
- Troubleshooting hardware problems and referring them to another repair facility as appropriate.
Required Skills:
- A strong background in Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience with various operating systems, including Windows 10 and Server 2012.
- Possession of IAT Level I Baseline certification, such as A+ CE, Network+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, CND, or higher level certifications.
Working Conditions: This position is located in Kuwait in support of LOGCAP. The ADPE technician reports to the Systems Support Specialist Lead.
