ADPE Specialist

Our company, HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L., is seeking a highly skilled ADPE Specialist to join our team in Kuwait. As an ADPE Specialist, you will provide technical support and expertise to our customers in the areas of laptop and desktop hardware repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Your role will involve diagnosing complex hardware issues, implementing software solutions, and ensuring seamless network connectivity for our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 2007. Additionally, you should have experience with network printers, TCP/IP configurations, and Microsoft Exchange Server connectivity.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Installing and configuring DOD-approved communications software on government computers
• Configuring network printers
• Maintaining classified and unclassified computer system stability using DoD-approved operating systems and software
• Joining client computers to Microsoft Active Directory domains
• Configuring Microsoft Outlook and managing personal folders in all versions of Outlook
• Installing and maintaining security software on military computer systems
• Repairing and maintaining desktop and laptop hardware

To succeed in this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Be a US citizen with an active interim Secret or higher level security clearance
• Have a high school diploma or GED with at least two years of experience relating to automation equipment repair
• Hold valid U.S. passport, International Driver's Permit (IDP), and U.S. driver's license
• Pass a police clearance check and medical qualifications
• Meet all health requirements
• Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills

This position requires adherence to DoD 8570.01-M, which mandates baseline certifications and computing environment certifications. The authorized certifications for this job title are A+ CE, Network+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, CND, or a higher level IAT II/III compliant certification. In addition, Computing Environment certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, MCSA: Windows 10, MCSA: Windows Server 2012, MCSA: Windows Server 2016, MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, MCSE: Enterprise Devices and Apps, MCSE: Private Cloud 2012, MCSE: Server Infrastructure 2012, MCT: Certified IT Professional, MCT: Certified Systems Administrator, 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate, 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate, Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate, Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate, Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate, MCSA: SQL 2016 Database Admin, MCSA: SQL 2016 Database BI Development, MCSA: SQL 2016 Database Dev, MCSE: Core Infrastructure, MCSE: Database Management and Analytics are required.
