Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Management Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Projects Team, including providing updates for the daily and weekly situational project status report, populating and providing document control in MS Outlook and Share Point folders, and liaising with all project stakeholders to ensure process continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and/or producing documents to support and complete Tier A, B, and C projects and LOTDs.
  • Provide document control, filing, and distribution of project and LOTD related internal and external documents.
  • Liaise with all project stakeholders to ensure process continuity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualifications: Three (3) years of similar experience in the construction industry is required, such as project controls, construction administration, or similar positions.
  • Experience: Must have experience in data processing and/or record keeping. Must have a working knowledge of project management in the construction industry.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, and Word.
