We are seeking a highly skilled CCTV technician to join our team in Kuwait. As a CCTV technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV systems.

Responsibilities
  • Design, install, and program new CCTV systems for Area Support Group Kuwait (ASG-KU).
  • Maintain installed CCTV systems for ASG-KU and assigned facilities.
  • Operate, maintain, and install communication systems, including OSP and ISP.
  • Install conduit, Panduit, and cables such as CAT 6, HDMI, and VGA professionally.
  • Support AV event setup and breakdown.
  • Test and troubleshoot networking and cabling issues related to CCTV, including terminating coaxial, fiber, and copper cables for analog and IP CCTV systems.
  • Support infrastructure installation for CCTV systems, including brackets and racks.
  • Program analog and IP-based CCTV systems.
  • Organize and maintain cables and equipment.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience.
  • 2+ years experience in CCTV installation and maintenance; 1-3 years in AV system design, installation, or programming, especially live event production.
  • Minimum 1 year ISP/OSP experience, including cable installation, dressing, and termination, and conduit installation.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Material planning and BOM creation.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS and test equipment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in cable termination and familiarity with NEC standards.
  • Strong electrical and IT skills, safety awareness, and CCTV certification preferred.
  • Teamwork, initiative, ability to work under pressure, flexibility, electrical safety awareness, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Work Environment
  • Primarily in an administrative environment, with potential outdoor work in extreme temperatures.
  • Use of PPE required in certain areas.
  • Normal work week is 48 hours, with possible overtime.
