Demand Planning Manager Job in Kuwait

We are seeking a highly driven Demand Planning Manager to join our leading FMCG business in Kuwait.

The role is at the heart of Supply Chain operations and will focus on improving forecast accuracy, driving the S&OP process, and aligning demand with business strategy.

  • Lead collaborative demand planning and forecasting across multiple product categories (Frozen, Fresh, Dry)
  • Act as the key link between Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance
  • Build and continuously optimize forecast models using advanced tools and market intelligence
  • Drive monthly demand review meetings and scenario planning to manage risk and opportunity
  • Align forecasts with production and inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels and service
  • Support budgeting and rolling forecasts through accurate demand inputs
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams for effective demand planning
  2. Develop and maintain robust forecasting models to inform business decisions
  3. Conduct regular demand reviews and scenario planning to mitigate risks
  4. Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive supply chain alignment
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain within FMCG or a similar industry
  • Strong statistical modeling capabilities and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
  • Experience leading S&OP or DRM cycles
  • CPIM/CSCP certification is a plus
