We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Assistant to support the CEO & President of our partner in drilling fluids and oil service industry. This role is crucial in providing highlevel technical and administrative assistance ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions and contributing to strategic projects within the oil industry. The ideal candidateThe ideal candidate will be a Kuwaiti national with strong background in Petroleum or Computer Engineering a solid grasp of project management and the ability to work effectively with senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive technical and administrative support to the CEO & President including managing schedules organizing meetings and handling confidential information.
  • Assist in project management tasks including planning coordination and execution of key initiatives within the oil industry.
  • Conduct detailed research and analysis to support decisionmaking processes and strategic planning.
  • Prepare and deliver technical reports presentations and communications ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment) standards and practices.
  • Collaborate with various departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and address any issues that arise.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Adapt to challenging conditions and be willing to work extra hours as needed to meet deadlines and project goals.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Petroleum or Computer Engineering required; Masters degree preferred from an international university.
  • Experience: 46 years of experience in the oil industry with a focus on project management and working alongside senior management teams.
  • Language Skills: Exceptional English communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills required); knowledge of Power BI is an asset.
  • QHSE Knowledge: Familiarity with Quality Health Safety and Environment standards and practices.
  • Nationality: Must be a Kuwaiti national.
