We are looking for a talented Meeting & Event Executive motivated to join the opening team of the Hyatt Regency Rome Central.

The role will report to the Meeting & Event Manager.

Conveniently located adjacent to Rome Termini Station and a short distance from the Colosseum, the 238-room Hyatt Regency Rome Central is a 5 star hotel offering premium business services and one of Italy's most dazzling leisure rooftop experiences.

Hyatt Regency Rome Central will offer a comprehensive range of event venues, from ballroom to boardroom, suitable for both one-off meetings and events that last all day.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct hotel site inspections and prepare tailored client proposals and presentations.
  • Prepare event documentation and contracts, coordinating with sales, operations, and clients to ensure a smooth flow throughout all stages: pre-event, event, and post-event.
  • Promote up-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate in coordinating all the event phases, from planning to execution, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met.
  • Monitor client satisfaction during and after the event, gathering feedback and supporting the preparation of post-event reports to improve service and processes.
  • Actively support the Meeting & Event Manager and team by ensuring compliance with Hyatt brand standards in all reactive quoting, contracting, and planning activities.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with all hotel departments to guarantee flawless event execution.
  • Take part in training sessions and professional development opportunities to grow within the role.
Skills and Requirements
  • Previous experience in similar and/or related fields in international branded hotels.
  • Proficient in Italian and English Language, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Knowledge of the local market and strong network.
