About the Manager in Training (MIT) Role: The Manager in Training (MIT) role is an exciting program that gives local Kuwaiti nationals a great opportunity to learn and grow in a luxury Four Seasons hospitality environment. This program offers opportunities to advance into a managerial role upon completion. The program will be 12-18 months in duration and includes rotations into different learning opportunities, gaining thorough knowledge of different roles/responsibilities, and acquiring essential skills and principles needed to be successful in a Luxury Hotel.
