Siamo alla ricerca di talentuosi Demi Chef de Partie da inserire nel nostro team di pre-apertura.

Situato in posizione strategica accanto alla Stazione Termini e a breve distanza dal Colosseo, l'Hyatt Regency Rome Central è un hotel 5 stelle contemporaneo con 238 camere, che offre servizi business di alto livello e una delle esperienze leisure in rooftop più affascinanti d'Italia.

L'hotel includerà inoltre una SPA, 5 punti di ristoro e oltre 1000 mq di spazi per eventi.

Principali compiti e responsabilità

-Supporta lo Chef de Partie nell'organizzazione del lavoro all'interno della propria partita, collaborando attivamente alla preparazione e al servizio.

-Esegue preparazioni seguendo ricette e standard definiti, assicurando costanza nella qualità e nel rispetto dei tempi.

-Gestisce correttamente le materie prime, seguendo le procedure HACCP e garantendo l'igiene nella propria area di lavoro.

-Controlla le scorte giornaliere della propria postazione, segnalando necessità di approvvigionamento e contribuendo alla riduzione degli sprechi.

-Collabora all'allestimento di buffet, coffee break e servizi ristorativi secondo gli standard dell'hotel.

-Partecipa alle attività di pulizia e sanificazione della cucina, assicurandosi che vengano rispettate le norme igienico-sanitarie e registrate correttamente.

-Affianca e supporta i Commis in cucina, favorendo un clima collaborativo e professionale.

-Mantiene un aspetto ordinato, segue il regolamento aziendale e adotta un comportamento professionale in ogni momento.

-Lavora in autonomia nella propria postazione e si assume la responsabilità dei compiti assegnati, richiedendo supporto se necessario.

-È disponibile a lavorare su turni, anche nei weekend e nei festivi, e accoglie con flessibilità eventuali compiti aggiuntivi assegnati dal Sous Chef o dallo Chef de Partie.

  • Esperienza preferibilmente di minimo 2 anni nelle cucine di hotel
  • Buone capacità di comunicazione
  • Buona conoscenza delle principali modalità di cottura.
  • Solida conoscenza dell'HACCP, delle misure di igiene e sicurezza dei prodotti lavorati
