Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Lab Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 to 12 years of experience in the field and a Diploma in Ceramic.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and contributing to the production and manufacturing process.

About This Role

This is a Full Time, Permanent position in Production & Manufacturing - Other. Key responsibilities include managing laboratory equipment, overseeing laboratory personnel, and coordinating with other departments as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Manage laboratory operations, including testing, quality control, and inventory management
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, such as health and safety standards
  • Contribute to the development of new products and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including laboratory results and inventory levels
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 10 to 12 years of experience in a laboratory setting
  • A Diploma in Ceramic or related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
