Job Overview

Job Title: System Administrator Tier II Support

Location: Camp Arifjan, Kuwait

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain and operate computer systems and networks.
  • Review and deploy vendor updates for security patches.
  • Manage storage technologies such as SAN or NAS.
  • Perform server performance tuning and monitoring.
  • Configure and manage servers using tools like SCOM and SCCM.
  • Troubleshoot network issues and possess network knowledge.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Active US Government Secret clearance (Interim is acceptable).
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • At least six (6) years of relevant work experience.
  • Two (2) years of experience in a military environment.
  • Certifications: Security+ and Network+.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management or related field, OR
  • An Associate's degree plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR
  • Eleven (11) years of recent specialized experience.
