Key Responsibilities:

Vendor/Restaurant Onboarding:
  1. Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process for restaurants and food vendors.
  2. Verify business licenses, documents, and other necessary paperwork.
  3. Ensure menu details, pricing, and images are correctly uploaded to the system.
  4. Support vendors with account setup and troubleshooting.
  5. Conduct basic app training to help them understand order management and delivery protocols.
Training & Support:
  1. Provide live training on how to use the application for order management.
  2. Train vendors on using the order-receiving device.
  3. Address queries related to payments, order handling, and operational guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
  2. 0-2 years of experience in onboarding, customer service, or operations.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Basic understanding of food delivery platforms and how they operate.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Prior experience in food tech, e-commerce, or logistics is a plus.
  2. Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial for vendor communication (Arabic & English).
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset.
