Job Summary

Our client, a leading FMCG company in Kuwait, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor - Aseptic Packaging to ensure proper maintenance and timely issue resolution for plant machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure accurate and timely execution of preventive maintenance tasks.
  2. Address repair jobs and breakdowns promptly, analyzing root causes.
  3. Develop and implement suggestions for optimizing the preventive maintenance program and spare parts stock.
  4. Suggest and implement upgrades and improvements on existing equipment.
  5. Participate in installing new equipment.
  6. Verify Maximo administrative tasks are performed correctly and on time.
  7. Update drawings and manuals accurately.
  8. Maximize section manpower utilization.
  9. Meet staff training needs.
  10. Attend scheduled meetings proactively and on time.
  11. Alternate with colleagues from other sections when necessary.
  12. E nsure adherence to health and safety practices, lean principles, and sustainability regulations.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
  3. Proficient in English language.
