Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Supervisor located in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The Electrical Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day electrical maintenance and operations, ensure compliance with electrical engineering standards, and manage electrical equipment. Responsibilities include supervising a team of electricians, troubleshooting electrical issues, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The role demands coordination with other departments and adherence to project timelines.

Qualifications
  • Strong Supervisory Skills and team management experience
  • Proficiency in Electrical Maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Electricity fundamentals and Electrical Engineering principles
  • Experience with Electrical Equipment and systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus
  • Prior experience in automation and smart building systems is preferred
