About the Role:
We re looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our team in Kuwait In this role, you ll report directly to the Operations Supervisor, ensuring smooth workshop operations, quality service delivery, and adherence to safety standards. If you have a strong technical background and leadership skills, this is your opportunity to make an impact
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Foster collaboration between the equipment group and other workshops
  2. Oversee workshop organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
  3. Manage equipment and service requisitions within budget guidelines
  4. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products and services
  5. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and quality standards
  6. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and report any risks or incidents
  7. Plan and execute maintenance following established processes and standards
  8. Utilize and uphold maintenance systems and procedures
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Mechanical craft certificate or relevant technical education (equivalent experience considered)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in workshop operations
  • Supervisory or management experience is a plus
  • Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
