Responsibilities:
  1. Answer calls with a pleasing manner and respond to queries politely to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Assign priority to emergency calls and notify appropriate parties immediately.
  3. Arrange "callbacks" to ensure a proper response to callers and record in the register.
  4. Welcome visitors from the Ministry, Public, and parents.
  5. Direct visitors to appropriate personnel in accordance with their request.
  6. Coordinate with Public Relations during registration.
  7. Maintain a cordial relationship with staff, students, and customers, acting as a bridge between them to create an effective work environment.
  8. Coordinate with transport personnel for smooth transport management.
  9. Coordinate residence formalities with the Mandoup.
  10. Responsible for imparting training to new PR executives and receptionists.
  11. Maintain and update registers such as the enquiry register and visitors register.
  12. Regularly update the EDB system.
  13. Perform other appropriate duties as the school may assign from time to time.

  1. Customer and staff satisfaction.
  2. Fulfilling and meeting standards set by the school.
  3. Maintain a good rapport with parents.
Individual Goals:
  1. Providing appropriate information about ABS/AIIS to callers/visitors.
  2. Well-maintained registers and EDB system.
  3. Completion of residence procedures for every staff member.
