We have an urgent requirement for Head of Enterprise Architect - in Payment/Fintech Domain with our client based in Kuwait

Responsibilities
  1. Design, manage, and implement enterprise architecture, payment systems, and architecture frameworks.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams and ensure architecture governance and compliance.
  3. Collaborate with business and IT leaders to optimize technology investments.
  4. Evaluate emerging technologies for business impact and maintain architecture documentation.
  5. Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  6. Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategies aligned with business goals.
  7. Foster relationships with external partners and network to enhance strategic alliances.
Minimum Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, especially in payment systems and architecture frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of payment systems, gateways, regulations, fraud detection, and transaction monitoring.
  • Expertise in IT landscape, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, API integration, microservices, and security frameworks.
  • Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, ZACHMAN, or Certified Business Architect.
  • Additional certifications like CBAP, PCI DSS, CISSP, or FinTech are advantageous.
  • Experience managing large, complex programs across multiple regions and business units.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Master's Degree in MSc, Information Technology, or Information Systems preferred.
  • Professional certifications in enterprise architecture and payments-related areas.
