Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years in F&B industry; Experience in Italian, American, and Pan Asian cuisines
  • Preferably with experience in South Africa or Eastern Europe; Fluent in English; Arabic a plus
