Your Day-to-Day

We are always looking for new ways to raise the bar. We are searching for a Director of Sales with a proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing daily sales activities and coaching your team to reach their full potential
  2. Achieving personal and team sales goals to maximize profitability
  3. Creating and implementing sales plans to drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, volume, food and beverage, and banquet sales
  4. Producing and reviewing monthly performance reports
  5. Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and external contacts
What We Need From You
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Four or more years of experience in hospitality or hotel sales and marketing, with direct supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of local businesses and market trends
  • Proficiency in the local language(s); additional languages are a plus
