Overview

This position is physically located in Kuwait in support of LOGCAP. Applies understanding and knowledge of information systems products and services to provide technical, software, hardware, and network problem resolution to all computer users. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, guiding users through solutions, escalating complex problems, and maintaining various hardware and software systems.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Help Desk support for network and communication systems issues.
  • Use work order system to track user requests.
  • Serve as a point of contact for user inquiries and problem management.
  • Install updates and maintain all supported equipment and systems.
  • Disassemble, inspect, repair, and test hardware components.
  • Evaluate and recommend solutions to users within 3 working days.
  • Support analysis, design, testing, and implementation of systems and networks.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma; College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • U.S. Citizen with a valid Secret clearance.
  • Certifications such as Security+, Microsoft 365, or Server+ required.
  • Minimum 3 years related experience.
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of IA concepts, PowerShell scripting is a plus.
  • Training in Cyber Awareness and Security Fundamentals.
  • Ability to work in harsh environmental conditions and physical requirements as specified.
