Responsibilities

  2. Ingredient Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, and measure ingredients accurately.
  3. Cooking Assistance: Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items according to recipes and menu specifications.
  4. Cooking Techniques: Utilize various cooking methods such as grilling, frying, boiling, and baking.
  1. Kitchen Hygiene & Safety
  2. Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  3. Food Safety: Adhere to food safety regulations, including proper food storage and temperature control.
