We are seeking for our client a Data Governance Consultant to drive data governance and quality initiatives, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and standardization. The role involves implementing governance frameworks, managing data quality, overseeing metadata and master data, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement data governance policies, frameworks, and tools.
  • Conduct data maturity assessments and ensure compliance.
  • Define data quality rules, perform profiling, and implement remediation.
  • Manage metadata, data catalogs, and master data strategies.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams and conduct training.
  • Develop governance reports and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in Data Governance, Data Quality, or Data Management.
  • Experience with governance tools (e.g., Informatica DQ, Collibra, Talend).
  • Strong knowledge of governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM).
  • Expertise in metadata, master data, and data lineage management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Certifications (CDMP, DCAM) and experience in telecom, banking, or large enterprises.

This is a 17 months contract
