The Manager - Finance and Accounts is a crucial position responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial management. This role requires a strong leader with experience in accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and administrative processes. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the financial function, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing financial strategies and plans.
  • Managing bank accounts and cash flow.
  • Overseeing the accounting systems and processes.
  • Overseeing accounts payable and receivables.
  • Preparing and monitoring budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Creating and presenting financial reports to management.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
  • Liaising with auditors during annual audits.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees,
  • Oversee core administrative functions to maintain operational efficiency such as facilities management.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative policies and procedures.

Candidate Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification includes Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a relevant field.
  • Candidates with CA, CPA, ACCA is preferred.
  • Candidates with 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role will be preferred.
  • Proven experience in accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial accounting software and Microsoft Office is essential.
