Now Hiring: Regional Finance Manager

Location: Kuwait | Covering Kuwait, Jordan & Bahrain

Department: Finance | Full-Time

FutureTEC is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Regional Finance Manager to lead and consolidate our financial operations across Kuwait, Jordan, and Bahrain. If you have a strong regional finance background, ERP expertise, and leadership mindset this is your opportunity to make an impact in a fast-growing leading regional tech company.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee monthly consolidation of financials and management reports across all regional entities
  • Deliver detailed performance reports and budget vs. actual analysis to senior leadership
  • Manage annual budgeting and forecasting processes across the region
  • Optimize financial systems and processes (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) for automation and accuracy
  • Lead annual audits and liaise with external auditors and internal stakeholders
  • Manage banking relationships, treasury, and regional cash flow
  • Ensure full compliance with IFRS, tax laws, and internal controls in all countries
  • Drive cost control, financial risk management, and internal governance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide actionable financial insights

What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years of finance experience, including 3+ years in a regional role
  • Expertise in consolidated reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash management
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and regional financial regulations
  • Proficient in ERP systems like NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP
  • Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred)
  • Proven experience managing audits and supporting multi-country operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
