About the Company:

We're seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to oversee end-to-end treasury operations for our group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash management, financial risk mitigation, and team leadership.

About the Role:

Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow forecasting, borrowing needs, and investment opportunities. Risk Management: Implement hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks related to currency and interest rates. Liquidity Planning: Advise on short- and long-range liquidity planning. Policy Development: Maintain efficient policies and procedures for treasury activities. Relationship Management: Develop relationships with banks, brokers, and financial institutions. Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to forecast cash flow and liquidity requirements. Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and reporting requirements. Team Management: Lead and guide a team of treasury professionals.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

CA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, or MBA in Finance & Accounting.

Required Skills:

  • Analytical and Financial Modeling: Strong skills in financial analysis and modeling.
  • Communication and Interpersonal: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team Leadership: Ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Financial Regulations: Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with treasury management software and financial systems.
