Job Title: Treasury Manager

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to join our Group Treasury team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company's liquidity, managing financial risk, and optimizing financial returns. This is a senior leadership role that requires strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive cash management and risk management strategies
  2. Oversee treasury operations, including cash forecasting, FX dealing, and treasury projects
  3. Maintain relationships with banks, investment brokers, and other financial institutions
  4. Provide financial reporting and analysis to senior management and stakeholders
  5. Lead and manage a team of treasury professionals
  6. Participate in strategic planning initiatives and provide financial input to key business decisions

Requirements

  1. Qualified CA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, or MBA degree in finance and accounting
  2. 10+ years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or related financial field
  3. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements
  7. Experience with treasury management software and financial systems
