Financial Accountant

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join our team at Domo Ventures WLL. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting software and data entry, excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures, including GAAP, and advanced knowledge with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accounts receivable by documenting bills and supporting documentation.
  2. Manage accounts payable by ensuring timely payment of invoices, validating debt, and obtaining necessary signatures.
  3. Gather payroll expenses and enter them into the system accurately.
  4. Prepare quarterly budgets under senior management's guidance.
  5. Analyze financial statements and prepare balance sheets.
  6. Reconcile bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
  7. Analyze employee expenditures.
  8. Manage income and expenditure accounts.
  9. Generate financial reports using income and expenditure data.
  10. Monitor the company's finances based on financial status.
  11. Fulfill tax filing and other financial obligations.

Initiate and manage financial and accounting software used by the company.

Key Qualifications:
  1. Experience with accounting software and data entry.
  2. Thorough understanding of accounting principles and procedures, including GAAP.
  3. Advanced knowledge and experience with spreadsheets.
