The Role:The main goal for this position is to play a pivotal role in evaluating and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Your expertise lies in analysing performance data, identifying trends, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Accountabilities and Activities:- Continuously assess the organization's business performance.
- Measure and analyse relevant metrics to track progress.
- Provide insightful commentary to add analytical value to performance data.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of relevant business schemes.
- Undertake detailed analysis to identify trends and issues.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Investigate performance anomalies and deviations.
- Identify underlying causes (e.g., process inefficiencies, resource constraints).
- Propose actionable solutions to address performance gaps.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards.
- Visualize key metrics for easy interpretation.
- Regularly share performance insights with stakeholders.
- Schedule and facilitate regular meetings to discuss performance metrics.
- Present insights and share data-driven insights with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate on action plans to address performance gaps and optimize outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in business or finance.
- 2-3 years of required experience based on progression ladder in a similar or related function.
- Extensive experience in developing managed service offerings and managing vendor partnerships, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management skills.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Deep understanding of B2B customer needs.
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
