Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Business Development & Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and supporting the strategic expansion of our Group's Business Advisory and PR & Marketing divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B space across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
- Lead negotiations and close deals that align with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new areas of growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of solutions and services.
- Represent the company in meetings, events, and industry forums to enhance brand presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting (PR/Marketing or Advisory background is preferred).
- Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is essential.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent understanding of B2B sales cycles and client management.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to join immediately and work from our Kuwait office.
