We are seeking an ambitious and driven Membership Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Membership Consultant, you will play a vital role in promoting our membership services and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  1. To maintain a high level of knowledge about our membership options, promotions, and programs to ensure accurate advice and guidance can be provided to customers.
  2. To identify opportunities to engage with potential new members, introducing them to our range of membership options and supporting them in making informed decisions.
  3. To foster strong relationships with existing members, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their membership journey.
  4. To stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales performance.
  5. To contribute to the development of effective sales strategies, processes, and materials that align with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably within the wellness and fitness industry.
  • Proven sales skills and experience in building strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • The capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
