Role Overview:
[Must be located in Kuwait] TheDigital Product Managerwill play a pivotal role in driving the entire product design lifecycle. You will be leading team of UI/UX designers. You will bridge the gap between design, development, and business strategy to ensure our products are not only functional but offer an exceptional user experience. You will be responsible for defining product requirements, leading the UI/UX design efforts, ensuring technical feasibility, and aligning business goals with product execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- UI/UX Focus:Leading and working closely with design teams to ensure the product delivers an intuitive and engaging user experience. Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure that UI/UX decisions are backed by data-driven insights.
- Product Strategy & Roadmap:Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Prioritize features and functionality based on customer feedback, business needs, and technical capabilities.
- Technical Expertise:Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical constraints and ensure the feasibility of features. Leverage your technical background to translate business and user needs into clear, actionable development requirements.
- Business Analysis:Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions. Use data to drive product improvements and validate hypotheses.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Coordinate with various teams including marketing, sales, engineering, and customer support to ensure smooth product delivery and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Must be located in Kuwait
- Bachelor's degree inComputer Science,Product Design,Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (6+ years) as aProduct Manager,UI/UX Manager, or similar role with a solid track record of successful digital product launches.
- Experience in using Figma and strong knowledge of design systems
- Strong background inUI/UX design principles, with the ability to lead design and wireframing efforts and create user stories and journey maps.
- Software developmenttechnical background with knowledge of modern web and mobile technologies (e.g., front-end and back-end frameworks, APIs, databases).
- Solid understanding ofbusiness analysistools and methodologies, including gathering requirements, analyzing data, and creating product specifications.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating closely with development teams using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear, non-technical manner to stakeholders at all levels.
