We are looking to expand our digital marketing efforts and elevate our online presence. We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic campaigns across multiple digital platforms. Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snap, and more. You will manage end-to-end digital campaigns, from strategy development to performance analysis. This role requires in-depth experience with pixel integration, web and mobile app marketing, and data-driven decision-making to enhance campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:Lead, plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Snap, and others.
  • Pixel Integration & Tracking:Manage and configure tracking pixels (Google, Meta, Snap, TikTok) for accurate data collection and campaign insights. Troubleshoot any issues with pixel firing and ensure proper tracking for conversion goals.
  • Third-Party Tools Management: Utilize third-party analytics and attribution platforms such as Adjust to track user acquisition, campaign performance, and ROI across various digital channels. Optimize campaign delivery based on cross-platform data and insights, ensuring accurate attribution and enhanced targeting.
  • Performance Analysis:Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other reporting platforms. Provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve key metrics such as ROI, CPA, CPL, and CTR.
  • Strategy Development:Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies based on business goals and KPIs, focusing on both customer acquisition and retention.
  • Budget Management:Oversee budget allocation and spend management across multiple campaigns, ensuring cost-effective delivery while maximizing impact.
  • Cross-Platform Optimization:identify opportunities for cross-channel integration and optimization to enhance overall campaign performance.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with the creative team to ensure that ad creatives and landing pages are optimized for conversion. Collaborate with other teams (e.g., product, sales) to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • UI/UX: should have design vision in proposing UI/UX enhancements for better marketing purposes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Snap, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Solid understanding of tracking pixels, campaign optimization, and data analytics.
  • Experience in managing both web and mobile app marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in campaign analysis and performance reporting; ability to draw insights and drive actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A results-driven mindset, with a focus on continuous testing, learning, and scaling campaigns effectively.
  • Experience in using project management tools like Jira and design tools like Figma.
