BA has grown to over 300 staff supporting more than 800 points of sale. The company acts as a bridge between the Retail Industry and Wholesalers (Manufacturers/Distributors), specializing in Sales and Merchandising Services, providing insightful Business Solutions, customized Sales Staff, and innovative Merchandisers and Installers across various retail sectors including FMCG, electronics, health & beauty, tobacco, home appliances, hardware, and telecommunications.
Summary:
Are you passionate about creating visually compelling retail experiences and excel at organizing operations? We are seeking a highly motivated Merchandisers Operations Manager to oversee all merchandising activities, ensuring efficiency from product selection to in-store presentation.
Responsibilities:
Operational Duties
- Develop merchandising strategies and product assortments.
- Implement visual merchandising standards for consistent brand experience.
- Oversee promotions, displays, and banners in line with planograms and deadlines.
- Manage inventory flow and allocation for optimal product availability.
- Maintain strong communication with customers.
Team Management & Development:
- Lead and develop a team of merchandisers with coaching and training.
- Enhance team knowledge on merchandising standards, products, and customer service.
- Motivate the team to meet goals and performance targets.
Performance & KPI Analysis:
- Monitor team performance and compliance with standards.
- Analyze merchandising metrics and identify improvement areas.
- Track KPIs such as stock levels and planogram compliance.
- Use data to improve team effectiveness.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure safety, security, and loss prevention policies are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Stay updated on latest trends in visual merchandising.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 8 years in merchandising, with leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
