Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact with the client .
  • Understand the client's business needs, technical environment, and expectations.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Translate client requirements into clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Create detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Identify dependencies, constraints, and integration points.
  • Coordinate with all project stakeholders for successful delivery of project.
  • Ensure scope is properly completely implemented and successfully delivered.
  • Manage internal technical teams, third-party vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and resolve team-related issues.
  • Monitor project progress against timeline and budget.
  • Anticipate and manage delays or cost overruns proactively.
  • Prepare reports for internal leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks early.
  • Handle escalations, resolve conflicts, and ensure business continuity.
  • Coordinate system testing, integration testing, and UAT with the client.
  • Ensure quality assurance practices are followed.
  • Prepare for smooth handover to client's operations/support team.
  • Ensure all design, implementation, and training documentation is delivered.
  • Comply with internal standards, client policies, and industry regulations.
  • Address early operational issues and ensure solution stability.
  • Collect feedback, lessons learned, and feed them into future projects.
  • Contribute to improving internal processes, templates, and delivery model

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proven project management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
