We Are Hiring | Sales & Public Relations Executive – Fit-Out Projects | IBC – Kuwait

IBC (I Build General Buildings & Contracting Co. W.L.L.) is on the lookout for a Sales & Public Relations Executive to join our dynamic team in Kuwait.

Your Mission: To open doors, build bridges, and win hearts. You will represent IBC to potential clients, investors, franchise owners, and decision-makers—especially in the F&B, retail, and commercial sectors—and work closely with them to secure fit-out projects for some of the most recognized brands in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
  2. Seek out potential fit-out opportunities across Kuwait (and possibly in Riyadh & Dubai for future)
  3. Promote IBC's strong portfolio, including projects with big firms and many more.
  4. Handle client meetings, presentations, and initial negotiations
  5. Act as a key public face of the brand with professionalism and charm
Requirements:
  1. Male or Female (family background doesn't matter – we value talent)
  2. Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English
  3. Presentable, motivated, and strategic thinker
  4. Experience in sales, PR, or client relations is a plus – but ambition and charisma matter more
