Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Partner based in Kuwait City. The Senior Partner will oversee consulting projects, provide strategic guidance to clients, and lead a team of consultants. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, ensuring project delivery, and achieving financial targets. The role also involves contributing to the growth of the company's regional presence.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and management skills with experience overseeing consulting projects
- Strong strategic planning and client relationship management abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Significant experience in business development and growth opportunity identification
- Deep understanding of sectors served, such as federal, international, life science, technology, and humanitarian fields
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments
- Advanced degree in Business, Management, or related fields (preferred)
- Experience working with or within government entities is a plus
