About the Company - We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Protein Production Facility Engineer to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of our protein production facility, ensuring efficient and compliant production of high-quality proteins. This role requires a strong understanding of bioprocessing equipment, automation, and GMP/GLP principles.
About the Role - Oversee the operation and maintenance of bioreactors, chromatography systems, filtration units, and other protein production equipment. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions. Perform equipment validation and calibration procedures. Optimize production processes for efficiency and yield. Ensure compliance with GMP/GLP regulations. Manage and maintain facility utilities (CIP, SIP, HVAC, water systems). Implement and maintain process control systems (SCADA/DCS). Participate in facility expansion and equipment installation projects. Document all maintenance, operational, and validation activities.
Responsibilities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in protein production or biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of bioreactor operation, downstream processing, and equipment maintenance.
- Experience with GMP/GLP regulations.
- Proficiency in process control systems and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
