Position SummaryAssist in monitoring and tracking employee relations issues, including resolution and follow-up. Support management and leadership in handling and resolving HR issues. Ensure compliance with hiring and recruitment processes according to laws and company policies. Communicate HR policies and programs to employees. Maintain accurate employee records. Assist with logistics and scheduling of employee surveys. Answer calls and record messages.
Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees. Follow safety policies; report accidents and unsafe conditions. Maintain confidentiality. Welcome guests and communicate professionally. Develop positive relationships and support team goals. Use computers and POS systems for work-related information. Perform physical tasks as needed. Perform other duties as requested.
Preferred Qualifications- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- No certifications required
