We are looking for a skilled Presales & Bidding Manager with a strong background in data center and enterprise IT solutions to join our team in Kuwait. This role is responsible for driving presales activities and managing the full tendering process—from opportunity evaluation to bid submission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical strategy and presales solutioning for data center projects.
  • Develop proposals, oversee designs, and manage technical input into final quotes.
  • Attend client meetings and communicate value propositions aligned with customer needs.
  • Act as a design authority for complex networking solutions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to manage full solution lifecycle.
  • Manage end-to-end bidding and tendering processes.
  • Manage Proof-of-Concepts and ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Oversee technical documentation, compliance, and submission quality.

Qualifications:


•Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.

Requirements:

  • 6–8 years in presales, estimation, and bid management.
  • Strong technical knowledge in telecom and data center technologies (network infrastructure, storage, servers, virtualization, cloud services).
  • Expertise in estimation tools, costing models, and pricing strategies.
  • Ability to assess project scope and create detailed cost structures, including hardware, software, labor, and service costs.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong documentation, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
