Responsibilities:

  4. Manage inventory and ordering of baking supplies to maintain efficient operations.
  5. Train and mentor junior bakers and pastry chefs, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  6. Monitor and maintain equipment used in the baking process, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to create seasonal and special event menus.
  8. Oversee the presentation of baked goods to ensure they meet aesthetic standards.
  9. Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain product consistency.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into the bakery's offerings.
